A meeting of the Board of Directors of Oakridge Energy, Inc. whas held on April 20, 2011 at 10:00 am at the company office. The meeting was called to consider and act upon the filing of Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange commission. All directors were present and after careful consideration and discussion, all directors approved the motion to file the Form 15 and no longer be a SEC reporting company.
